Returns & Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Beauty products, cosmetics, lashes, sale items, and accessories are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return

Shoot us an email at shop@girlslayboutique.net with your order number and why you want to return.

Our Slay Team will give you the return instructions if your item qualifies.

Send back your item using a trackable shipping method — return shipping costs are on you.
Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a refund or store credit (minus shipping fees).

Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours with pics. We got you and will fix it ASAP!
