SHIPPING AND STORE POLICY  

-Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address you have provided for the order. If you have not received a tracking number please contact customer service. 

- Shipping and processing may take up to 5-25 business days depending on the product. Please also note processing includes waiting for Wix to process your payments to my bank. If ANY issues occur with items we will be sure to contact me asap. Shoes may take longer to process. So we ask you all. to be patient. 

-If the wrong shipping address was provided please contact us IMMEDIATELY through our email. During our business hours only

- Once the order has been shipped we are no longer responsible for what happens during transit. If a problem with packaging occurs(Stolen or Lost)

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

-To protect the health and safety of our valued customers. We DO NOT ACCEPT returns after your order has been shipped 

-If you would like to cancel your order you have 48 hours to request a refund of the item and shipping amount. 

-If your order has been already shipped out to you "WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU." 

- Due to the type of items we sell. We will not exchange items.
